Specifications:

A timber frame Shire Pod building made from FSC grade structural insulated panels and solid timber frame from sustainable forest resources.

1. A 2500mm wide, 2600mm tall, 4800mm deep shire pod.

2. A double opening solid wood door frame and front door with toughened double glazed

3. tinted glass. Locks and handles.

4. 3. A 600mm wide round open/close toughened glazed window on the back wall with locks and a central swivel hinge action.

5. A weather-treated timber base frame with underfloor insulation.

6. A solid timber floor made from engineered oak floorboards and finished with hard wax

7. oil.

8. Curved insulated roof and walls with a watertight top layer and damp-proof membrane.

9. Redwood T and G Timber on interior walls and under 600mm porch overhang.

10. Red Cedar wood on exterior walls.

11. Solid timber decking under-porch at the front of shire pod with treated timber base and

12. flush fit with interior floor to allow for wheelchair access.

13. Agreed choice of lights with two interior spotlights and two exterior spotlights plus two double plug sockets and switches at front and rear of the Pod. All switches and wiring fitted, and safety PAT tested.
